Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Attic Infomatics (“the Agency”) offers Website design & Development services, design services and digital marketing. Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service provided and the terms agreed upon in the contract.

2. Cancellation of Services

2.1 Service Cancellation by the Client: If the client chooses to cancel services after work has commenced, a refund will be provided based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2.2 Service Cancellation by the Agency: In cases where the Agency is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services, a full refund for the undelivered services will be issued.

3. No Refund

3.1 Change of Mind: No refunds will be provided for services if the client changes their mind or is unsatisfied with the design or marketing materials provided by the Agency. We encourage clients to discuss concerns and revisions during the project to ensure satisfaction.

3.2 Client Contributions: No refunds will be provided for services if the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals that hinder the progress of the project.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Request: To request a refund, the client must submit a written refund request to the Agency, outlining the reason for the request.

4.2 Refund Evaluation: The Agency will review the refund request and assess its eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy and the terms of the client contract.

4.3 Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the client within a reasonable timeframe.
